Threat on prince Mariwa’s life

It was a cloudy morning when prince Mariwa was going to work as usual on the 14th April, 2024.As he alighted from the taxi to meet some cashew farmers a group of young guys approached him and brutally assaulted him,as he fell unconscious they rain curses on him,Samuel who was an eye witnessed narrated Prince’s ordeal to me,it was  a very unfortunate situation I asked Samuel who were those guys and why did they beat up Prince mercilessly,he said they are a group of young guys who abhors gays and bisexual and they said Prince with his white friends wanted to indoctrinate the youth into LGBTQI+ so they  will always fight back and any one who protect prince will never be spared.

So what happened after that?Samuel said Prince’s cousins came and took him  to hospital, all effort to talk to Prince failed as his family said they can’t trace his where about.

As a follow up I was linked with his cousin who said he went to the police station and reported but he was surprise as the police said he should produce his cousin for questioning, the cousin further stated that, won’t the police arrest the culprit all that they said was “don’t you know that LGBTQI activities in Ghana is a crime and if what the boys are saying is true then we will arrest your cousin”his cousin immediately informed Prince about the impending danger and advice  that he should go into hiding.

Meanwhile the group have staged a serious man hunt  for prince and his white friends.

It is very unfortunate for this hardworking young guy to ran away from his family all because a crime is seen in his identity.

My last call to his family still prove futile even the family have issue of trust and fear,at the time of publishing this story no one was able to disclose the whereabouts of of Prince Mariwa.
