Francis Nii Ayitiah, known by his stage name Banzy Banero, is a Ghanaian musician who started his music journey in 2017. Hailing from Osu and Madina Zongo in Ghana, Banzy has overcome significant personal tragedies, including the loss of both his parents, and uses music as a medium to express his feelings, address societal issues, and tell his story. 

As a versatile artist, he

is known for infusing his everyday life experiences into his music and has gained popularity with his heartfelt lyrics and unique sound. Early Life and Education Banzy Banero grew up in Osu, Ghana, and faced early hardships when he lost his father at a young age. After his father’s death, he took on the responsibilities of manhood and eventually moved to Teshie with his mother.

 Unfortunately, he lost his mother as well three years later. Following these tragedies, Banzy moved in with his big sister for a few years until he decided to live with his grandmother and cousins in Madina Zongo. Career Banzy Banero’s passion for music led him to start writing songs as a teenager, and he quickly caught the attention of fans with his unique sound and heartfelt lyrics. 

After starting his music career in 2017, he initially performed under the stage na me “Banero Banzy” until 2019 when he decided to take a three-year break. In 2022, he rebranded himself as Banzy Banero and made a professional comeback in the music industry. He is known for his versatility as an artist, capable of embracing various music genres. His hit song “Hosanna” has achieved great success, topping the charts in Ghana and gaining popularity on various musical platforms, including TikTok.
