Politics And Entrepreneur Initiative -McDanYouthConnect series

Ghanaian businessman and CEO of McDan Group of Companies, Dr. Daniel McKorley has explained why he started the entrepreneur youth connect series .

In a facebook post the business mogul express his delight and confidence how started to help the youth gain employment.

So many young adults want to start something of their own, but several of them are unaware of how to do so. And for some of us who have been lucky to have businesses that are doing well, we owe them a helping hand.

That is why I’m always happy to share my entrepreneurial journey with people because I know that I needed to understand more about the ups and downs, the challenges, and the many, many forms that starting your own business takes.

They need to know what goes into starting a company, putting together initial resources, running an operation for the first time, tribulations of being a founder, challenges of an early-stage company, reflections on being a founder and much more.

This is why at the Multipurpose Auditorium of the University of Development Studies tomorrow, I’ll be sharing my entrepreneurial journey, the lessons I learned, and some interesting stories that the young adults gathered can carry with them to think deeply about.

Why I decided to start the #McDanYouthConnect series

- Why entrepreneurship is one of the most challenging journeys

- The common mistakes that young entrepreneurs make while preparing for the entrepreneurial journey.

- The emotional journey of building anything great. Overcoming the challenges of beginning from the scratch.  The importance of patience and embracing discomfort
