His POLITICAL LIFE

Gideon Nii Ampim Sackey is an active member of the New Patriotic Party and a firm believer of the values and tenets held by the party.

Having registered with the Ablekuma South Constituency in 2004, he has served in various capacities including working as the polling Station Youth organizer for Mamprobi Girls School since 2006. He was a member of the youth group that campaigned vigorously for Lawyer Kojo Sackey Smith then Parliamentary candidate for the 2008 Elections. 

After our defeat he continued with the sensitization and Mobilization of youth in Mamprobi where he resides to help the party in the next Elections. Though  he was doing his national service in far away Drobo in the Bono Region he comes down regularly to support  the party in the 2012 Elections to ensure victory for Hon. Nii Narh and H.E Nana Akufo Addo.  

His contributions in the run up to the 2016 and 2020 campaigns of Hon Jerry Ahmed Shaib and Hon. Ben Brown respectively were sterling and evident. 

Outside his constituency he served as the Public Relation  Officer (PRO) for TESCON the University wing of the NPP whiles studying at University of Professional Studies Accra.

Nii Ampim Sackey is the panacea or the remedy for Ablekuma South Constituency Secretary. He is inarguably or incontestably the most suitable candidate for the job.
