Vice President Dr.Mahamudu Bawumia Vice President Of the Republic Of Ghana Signs Book Of Condolences To Ga Manyɛ, Naa Dedei Omaedru III.

Dr.Mahamudu Bawumia Vice President Of the Republic Of Ghana led a delegation to the Ga Mantse's palace to commiserate with the Ga Traditional Council on the passing of the Ga Manyɛ, Naa Dedei Omaedru III, and also signed the book of condolences.

The vice president Dr.Mahamudu Bawumia With his entourage stated that “We stand together with all GaDangme people at this moment”.

The Vice president Dr.Mamudu Bawumia, has declared that together with the entire Parliament of Ghana, he stands together with all GaDangme people to mourn the transition of the Ga Mannye, Naa Dedei Omaedru III, at this mournful time.

A member delegation which was made up of very high level staffers, included the the second lady of the Republic Of Ghana Madame Samira Bawumia ,Hon Henry Quartey (regional minister for the Greater Accra Region ; as well as Parliamentary Relations and Protocol Officers, 

In extolling the virtues and achievements of the late Ga Paramount Queen, he pointed out the exemplary peaceful as well as amiable disposition of the late Naa Deidei Omaedru III. He said, the Ga Mannye served the GaDangme people and the nation very well during her reign on the throne as Ga Manye.

The delegation was received by Chiefs of the Ga Traditional Council, bereaved family of the Queen, Royal courtiers, and members of the Funeral Planning Committee.

Dr. made a customary donation of logistics with accompanying amount of money to the traditional council and assured them of joining his hosts for the funeral in October, this year.
