Over the past few days i have seen hypocrites type and tweet as will as post on various social media networks about #MoBad #death but here are my facts and mind to the issue. First of all Dear artist if your life is so important to you like you think then you should also know that the #recordlabel and #recordlabelowner money is also important to them! also know that it is business.. you get your talent, they have their money..if you think you can make it own your own why look for a record label to sign you?? you wait for a record label to sign you, invest in you, gets the hits and you just want to use one little misunderstanding to cause confusion and leave! what happens to the money the label invested??
Now the facts: you see all this artist living labels after they are signed then 6 months -2years they blow and they want to all of a sudden leave the label?? they are all trying to copy Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, known professionally as Wizkid format, why do i say that, Wizikid signed to Banky W's Empire Mates Entertainment (E.M.E) and after getting the hits, he left all of sudden from a misunderstanding which could have easily be settled and he did not finish the contract terms too but you know the facts the Banky W's did not go after Wizkid one way or other for his investment and Wizkid becoming a one of Africa's Great Artist has made other artist coming to think that they will use that same format and strategy on other records labels and record label owners and nothing will happen to them just like nothing did not happen to Wizkid but they are forgetting that all records labels are not the same and they will not take that nonsense that Wizkid did to Banky W and his label. Now back to #Mobad , when he was signing the contract did he not read and know what is was all about?? if #nairamarley did not sign him like it will also be another news but you got signed, waited to get hits song and you just wanted to leave all of a sudden..what will happen to #nairamarley investment?? another one is P-Square Records Label Signs Cynthia Morgan and she also wanted to also play that same foul play game stricks.. you come to #ghana and so many artist like Fameye , Lasmid , Black Sherif among many others have played the same trick victim formats on record labels, it owners and it investors and nothing has happened to them so the new crop of incoming artist feel like it the new method and new way to use and follow.. you sign to record label, you wait, you get the hits song and they come out with allegations and discomfort issues online and to the public, pretend to be the victim and leave the record label without the label getting their money and profit back.... that the new format artist are using now.. if you check an artist like DopeNation and Mr Drew did their contract with their various labels and left peaceful and and they are doing very well and that what i expect other artist to do! if not then between your life and your music catalogue you will choose one because records labels and it owners want come invest in you and you want to all of sudden leave and go free without them getting their investment back with profit.. if not so then be in your lane, do your own thing and blow by yourself and you want have problem with anyone..if not then til then i support it if record labels and it owners sabotage and finish artist who wants to use the wizkid format on them and their hard earn money investment when they read and understood the contract before getting signed...
